Fleece-Backed Roofing System for Re-Roofs

EPDM Fleece-Backed Roofing system is excellent for re-roofing existing old cracked and leaking roofs.

Reduces the cost to recondition and waterproof existing roofs. Fleece-back can go straight over the top of your existing roof making it quick and easy to install. Provides enhanced puncture-resistant waterproofing.

Epiclad F.B.S. has a polyester fibre matt backing, vulcanised into the same high performance membrane as Skellerup Epiclad E.P.D.M. It is an integral part of the membrane and cannot delaminate.

The fibre backing is a protective underside barrier that allows application over a wide range of surfaces. Overlaying an existing composite bitumen roof means:
  • no roof stripping costs or hazards
  • no costly reconstruction
  • no redesigning costs, because roof loading is small
Quick application. The system is fully bonded using a waterproof polymer modified bitumen or solvent-free adhesives applied to the substrate only. It can be used partially bonded, loose laid or ballasted. Cuts the cost to recondition and rewaterproof existing roofs.
Available in 3m wide seamless sheets. Gives minimum joints on large areas. Saves application time and installation costs.
