I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and your team on the fantastic job. We were taken aback by your level of service – the best we struck over all the trades’ people we employed for our project. 1st class!

We employed builders, electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, drain layers etc, and at times we really wondered who the client actually was.

Because everybody is so busy, we felt like we were putting these guys out / interrupting their day, by coming around to quote – we were always on the back foot – apart from your company.

I mean – if you spent $10 grand + with a travel agent, they’d be bending over backwards – after sales service etc – Builders / sparks / plumbers etc couldn’t give a damn!
